At Decant Syndicate, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day return and replacement window for genuine issues. Since our products are hand-filled perfume decants, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards to ensure fairness for all customers.

Returns Accepted 

We accept returns or provide replacements within 7 days of delivery only if proper proof is shared and the issue falls under these categories:

1. Damaged Bottle Upon Arrival
If your decant bottle arrives cracked, broken, leaking, or visibly damaged, please share clear photos or a short video of the issue. A replacement will be arranged after verification.

2. Faulty or Non-Working Sprayer
If your sprayer/atomizer is not working properly, kindly provide a video showing the issue, and we will send a replacement bottle or sprayer.

3. Wrong Order Delivered
If you receive a fragrance different from what you ordered, please share a photo of the received item, and we will correct the order immediately.

Returns Not Accepted

Because perfume decants are custom-filled for each customer, returns or exchanges are not possible in the following cases:

• Not liking the perfume / fragrance preference
Fragrance choice is subjective, and every decant is freshly prepared per order. Therefore, no returns will be accepted if the customer simply does not like the scent.

• Used or partially consumed bottles
Opened, used, or partially consumed decants cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons.

• Missing proof of issue
We can only process return or replacement requests when proper evidence is provided.

• Order number
• Clear photos/videos of the issue
• Short explanation of the problem
